Dear Ms. Binder, may I remind you and anyone interested that was LONG before I had any idea he was involved with the company press releases.

That was quite a shock to me I must admit.

Had the company appointed him a shareholder board member (they did not to the best of my understanding) it would have placed Gary in a much different trading position; one would think. Without a legal opinion on it I can not be sure. JMHO

OMG ... Binder that is way to much information on me. Remember in court your historcial character is considered. Let Dusty do what she is going to do. I told her before she needs to learn facts and quit being emotional.

Her posts could very well be consider defamation. She may very have to prove her character assasignation of me.
