Under the first amendment rights and of course the legal issues governing SI, (and they will be the first to tell ya....) Its extremely hard to sue someone for posting their opinion. Its like calling up a radio talk show and viewing your opinion. SI is no different, except if I were to say that without a doubt I have evidence that certain Medinah bigwigs were front running, and there was alot of insider trading going on, and they were child molesters, and I had proof....I had better wait by the mailbox for the paperwork. And remember I am not SAYING that. Just expressing my viewpoint on the issue here. Now if I base my veiwpoint on what I see in the market place, and we are having open discussion, that is ok as well. I for one believe that current email addresses should be provided. That way it would cut down on the "insiders" posting hype as well as people with "hidden" agendas. I'll have to find the SI mail that they sent me when I investigated this months ago....
