I really cant answer those questions, this ruling is only a few hours old. I really do think that Jack may suggested/appointed one or 2 impartial members. At least I have no reason to think otherwise.

There are some other things I am not clear on, but Joe Seibert is not an internet person, but he has done alot for us even if he was never mentioned, in fact there was quit a few non internet people on our side.

JJ, if case you didn't get the e-mail...King KAA VIII is now on the BOD of CVIA along with another large, long time CVIA shareholder in contact with Cleve.

I'm sure KAA will be contacting the other appointees to get to know them and get a feel for their "political" position. The proxy vote should still be on and a totally new BOD could very well be voted in soon.
