Syn, I agree to a certain extent on the Audio business. Remember, Crystal used to have thirty some percent of this market and missed a couple of design cycles (gee, where have we heard that before). However, Crystal, I believe, still has the markets for the taking albeit a tough row to hoe, if they apply themselves. The like of ESS notwithstanding. I think they can pull it off but the big question will be at what price.....MARGINS???? As for the MediaMax design, this is still an unknown. That is why I did not include it in my plus column. With Chromatic filling for chapter 11 or whatever, time will only tell. This is a new and different sort of market. Who is making the hardware to support this product? Network Appliance? I am sure CRUS will come out with this chip but not until they have REAL orders inked. Calvin Scott
