Gary, you said you have made your trading logs available to people. Therefore it appeared you made them available to anyone who asked. I did make my logs available to some of those that I trust and have character. If you want them you are going to have to get them with an attorney simple as that. Oh and please have all the black and white documentation to support my connect in this matter. Since you are such a great researcher I figure you have the information to support your posts. I have over 100 documents associated with my testimony. I do not see any authorities calling you for yours. For someone who has accepted, volunteered or got railroaded into being the Investor Relations spokesperson, you are not conducting your company duties in a professional manner; in my opinion. I am a private investor now you want to call me with a question concerning the status of Midland I will give it you. If you bother to read the news release it states I volunteered. I have posted the facts and that is all I am doing. I am not an IR person because I am a no nonsense type and I am not qualified for the position. However, in life sometimes you have no choice in certain matters when it becomes a question of character you do what you have to do. I am so tired of listening to people with the lack of character fortitude to step up to the plate and make a stand. I however will in a heartbeat because I am who I am and you are obviously who you are. NO one and I mean no one knows this stock and events surrounding this stock with dates, times, posts, phone numbers, and other information better than I do. to me it is pointless now except to the authorities because I searched and recorded the facts. Now I suppose you think I should have turned and walked away. Regardless of your opinion, likes or dislikes, accusations and implementations I can't do that with a clear conscience plus it is not an option in my book. Whether I am qualified as an IR, I could careless, and I doubt it also but I am doing the best I can. At least you can't say I am hyping because all I am posting is the facts. Now until you decide just who you are, what you are and where the truth is then I suggest you sweep under your own door step. You want to believe Dan and his affiliates then knock yourself out. Also I did not buy this stock to lose money to fraud and I am doing all I can to keep the facts straight. If you dislike what I am doing then call Mark and tell him to replace me. I would not have a problem with that. When there is no one else you take what you can get for free since they have no money to pay for an IR. Also they do not want to issue stock to pay for a professional IR nor a service to edit for them. Maybe you have a solution to this problem so they can get a professional IR and Editor that want take stock and sell it against the buying. GB
