Jeffry, How are you doing? I noticed you left the Actrade thread! Hey look at the Actrade SEC filings. June 26, there is a 13G Sutton Asset Managment Corp. filed for 426,000 shares, which his 5.26%. Wouldn't you consider that a good sign? Plus you probably read that Actrade has commited to buying back 5 million dollars of the stock. They are now legally bound to buy the stock and why would they buy the stock back if they were going to restate earnings. I guess if this short position ever unfolds, we will know who will win.
