I can't and won't answer on the progress of the financing as I don't know. If the financing fails then my guess would be they try and do a JV, which if you need to do I don't think you would get as good a deal. As to an annual report look at the news release and it will give you some numbers from last year. I will agree not all of them but a snapshot. Or would you rather have them print something up like Disney (my son has a few shares), the annual reports must cost $25 each (just my guess).
I am not sure why you are so negative on this company but if you don't think it is going to survive then all I can suggest is to bail now. If you don't want price fluxations then don't invest in Junior's in general and Junior mining specifically. I don't know what else to say to you. I can understand your concerns and yes they are valid concerns, but I would appreciate it if you could try and not be so doom and gloom with every one of your posts. 4 out of 5 o.k. but that means 1 of 5 you have to say something positive (even just good job or good trading volume or whatever).

No comment on the financing at this time.

The 1998 annual report (along with the proxy circular) is being mailed out to registered shareholders on Monday, July 13. I am not certain whether we will mail out to everyone on the database for whom we have addresses, as that list is pushing 5,000. If you are not on the registered shareholders' list -- that is, investors registered directly or through your broker -- you should let me know and I'll make sure one is mailed to you. (I do not have access to the list of our investors who are registered through their brokers or under a street name.) If you are not certain, all I can really suggest is that you wait about 10 days to two weeks.

I hope to have the AR posted on our web site early in the week. (Technically, this is a fairly large and complex job -- which, like the AR, we are doing in-house -- so, while I'm aiming for Tuesday, it could be later.)

Yamana's annual and special meeting will be held at the King Edward Hotel, Windsor Ballroom, 37 King Street East, Toronto, at 10:00 a.m.

I hope this helps.
