I've said it before but I'll say it again. If you want to see hate, allegations and all sorts of filth, go look at the Republic Industries (RII) - the largest retail car dealer in the world and the 2nd largest rental car company - topic on Yahoo. You'll want to take a shower after spending 5 minutes there. Apparently that's the kind of stuff that happened on the Phillips thread. SI doesn't and hopefully won't allow that type of activity here. When folks get out of line on SI, the web mistress has means to ban them, as some on this board have found out first hand. As to negative comments posted here, the focus has been on tmmi or someone representing tmmi (echo) promising and then not delivering. Folks may get tired of hearing about it but that doesn't make it any less true. The proper way for tmmi to quiet the negative comments is to PERFORM. In other words, when they say they'll do something, DO IT! To date their performance in this area is less than stellar. I get bashed by certain folks all the time but do they ever challenge the content? No. And for good reason. It's true. Arnie
