Good evening Malcolm and yes you did share with me some very encouraging news before the E.M. Edds post came out.

By way of clarification the conversation for other members of the thread; the conversation Malcolm and I had was about information he obtained from a source that is not a party to this thread. Because of that Malcolm and I have chosen not to disclose the conversation or person, but rather to say that is was very positive, encouraging and upbeat in tone. Additionally it too was in regards to a conversation with Michael Sheppard. It fits right in with Post # 316.

Now to venture a personal opinion in response to your question about the current and potential per share price of FNTN. Let me put it this way. As time and events begin to unfold in a auspicious manner I believe:

1. That Friday, July 10, 1998 may have been or close to being the last trading day we will see FNTN in the sixty-cent range as the low range.

2. As the events now start to happen we will see the activity of FNTN explode upward as new investors who see the positive future of FNTN move in to the stock.

3. That the stock will start to experience much wider swings then we have in the past as the price and volume increases.

4. When the events that have been set forth by FNTN come about (whatever their time frame) the up side on the stock price is anyone guess? ?????

5. I believe I can reasonably say with some measure of assurance based on the above "HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS".

Malcolm, Remember these are only my opinions for what they are worth. So whoever what to take them so be it. And whoever doesn't like them so be it. Hype, maybe. My opinions, Yes!

Regards and as always FNTN very long,

Bill Fortune III
