Today was mainly 'buying' and not 'selling'....

I spent a lot of time studying the NCTI ticks today, and after a dip in the morning, a whole lot of buying started taking place. This included one single large buy of 164,000 shares -- unambiguously bought at the then current 'ask' price. That one trade seemed to make quite a statement. After people waited to make sure it was legit, and not some error, the buy orders started FLOWING in.

Appears we've reached the bottom of this present cycle.

Nicholas

Disagree.

The buying is there, but mostly from limit orders that have "lying" around. Once the MM's have cut through them, we appear to be headed down another click. imho.

I sincerely am not worried. News of earnings, great news, will put us above the $1 mark. IMHO, the news will not be so much about what we "have" earned, but a much more important type.

A trend line that will be able to be projected. First time that NCTI will have ever produced a revenue stream that is predictable and going to appear to be able to go off the charts and through the roof.

It will, imho, be the kind of news that LT "investors," not the dirtball types that have played in the stock to date, will be willing to put real money on the line for.

Soon,

rich

Last time: NCTI had not received a ninety day notice until delisting, because the share price hadn't been below $1 for more than 30 days. Therefore, they needed only to have the stock close above $1 for one day so that they would not get the delisting notice.

This time: NCTI needs to close above $1 for 10 days straight, within this 90 day period.

I'm not willing to bet that NCTI won't need to do a reverse split to stay listed, but I couldn't resist buying some shares yesterday at 19/32

Please don't bash me for mentioning a reverse split. I'm not trying to generate fear. If a reverse split happens, however, almost inevitably, the stock price will erode as weak hands sell. But this company does potentially have a bright future, and there are lots of believers out there... IMO, RS wouldn't hurt us for long; rather, that would be an opportune time to buy.

Good luck to all.
