Well, the thread has become (fairly) civil, outside of a couple recent posts. MoneyBaggs, are you going to print your name, address and phone as well? Just wondering, seems only fair. If I find it somehow, you don't mind me posting that stuff, right? Thanks. Thanks to those who have advanced intelligent discussion. It's good to see Tom on the team -- it should add a healthy dose of skepticism. I'm looking forward to everyone's impressions as well. Sounds quite interesting. Something else I was curious about re: the Stagg Report. Why not do such an analysis before the land is purchased, instead of after?
