Don't count on Intel, there are negative rumors going around the trading desks. It appears from the rumors Intc will make their numbers,(barely) but that is about it. After that all news is downhill. A major restructuring, layoffs, slower growth. An old song with an ugly verse.

Tony,

I hope you are right about the forward looking statements. I am hoping their pride and sense of competitiveness does not allow them to say anything too negative. However, the big runnup in anticipation of their earnings may mean there is nothing left when the actual results come in. This "sell on the news" mentallity would likely take the group down and even though LSI hasn't participated on the upside with INTC they would surely follow them down.

Good luck on your INTC investment, this time we are on the same page
