Hi Ted, I am glad to hear the rational discussion from both bullish and bearish sides. I think we should try to find out the answers for following problems. 1.How can it develop and brand new asset management software and switch from ATM technology with almost zero expense? In fact, I don't mind if a high tech company expenses a lot because it takes money to develop a new technology. 2.I never saw the change of its key technology officer. I am not sure if they can do both ATM and asset management software. 3.The alliance with HPW is the alliance for WARPF to use HPW's technology or the alliance for HPW to use WARPF's technology. This is a material difference. SJ
