Frank. I think you have made your point as with the rest of us. It is obvious what the internet has gone to sad state. Character assasignations with convictions on speculate by peers who are emotional. Do not continue this on Dusty if she does not see it by now she never will. As far as full disclosure goes... Rule 13d ... An SEC rule requiring disclosure by anyone acquiring a beneficial ownership of 5% or more of any equity security registered with the SEC. If the company is listed on an exchange, the form must be filed with the exchange, too. full disclosure is an obligation to disclose all the facts relevant to a business transaction, as required by the SEC. This is also typically what an 8K is for. As I watch the internet start to more and more tag people who have grown accustom to nailing shareholders. more and more character assasignations will be coming to bear. Tonight I have gone to defend others that are having this done to them. As private investors we have the right to willingly decide what we want to share with the internet. It is our responsibility to try and verify before making a slanderous remark. If someone tells you there exists a lawsuit then my first question is what is the case # and caption. I posted a warrant had been issued and I was advised by my attorney to IMMEDIATE retrack that statement which I promptly did. Freedom of speech is a wide area but exact accusations of defamation are public record on this forum. Misinformation is where the problem lies. Just like trading we all are responsible for our posts as we are our trading and actions in life. I trust posts only from posters that have character and their posts prove to me they are a forthright person. My entire lively hood is available openly for I have nothing to hide. However for some it will be a cold day in hades before I would allow my personal affairs to be known willingly to them. That is my choice and my right. Just let it die down and let people show their character. Most that have been here long before Arcon and now after Arcon know what the truth is and full disclosure has been done. All they have to do is read the news releases and the SEC filings. JMHO GB GB
