I would guess that "it" will start to happen with policy change if "it" means countrys replacing the dollar with the Euro as a currency peg so I assume I would be aware of it. But maybe I am not sure what you mean by not being aware of it so please amplify. I guess all I am really saying is that I do not see that happening soon. I think the Euro is going to need baby steps before it can run. And I think the yen is out of the running for a good long while. What else is there?
