Hi, Thomas, Welcome to a great investment. I wanted to make a slight correction to your post. You indicated that $9.00 was $1.00 over the IPO price. That is not exactly correct. It is true that the IPO was for $8.00 a unit, but that $8.00 bought an investor one share of common and one warrant. The shares were priced at $6.00 and the warrants at $2.00. So using that valuation the shares are trading $3.00 over the IPO price. Have a great weekend, Stephan
