To All,

I sincerely believe that anyone that posts false information on a company or an individual should be held liable for the consequences.

That said, I firmly believe there are a lot more false posts made by the hypesters than the bashers. After all, the hypesters definitely have a monetary interest in the issue, but some bashers only wish to provide a reality check, and in a lot of cases have no monetary interest.

Why would they do it? Because it's fun to argue and to have a battle of wits with unarmed people.

Most hypesters don't come to battle fully armed, because there is nothing to protect.

Anyone that doubts what I am saying should review the AENG thread.

The only truly intelligent posts on the thread were made by people that really had an interest in the company and the product. But when the thread hypesters couldn't answer the questions, and had repeated the same hype over and over to the same people, they began the personal attacks.

Any company (thread) that comes under attack by the bashers should be prepared to substantiate the claims made by the hypsters. If they can't, they deserve whatever they get.

After all, on every trade, someone is on the other side of the trade.

Just remember, you will not always be on the side of the trade you wish to be on.

Phil

Interesting indeed, Jimbo. Part of me likes it , part of me doesn't but I sure understand the judge's feelings in this particular case.
