I am truly sorry to those who were fooled by the hype the company put out. I hope the due diligence I shared with this board and the corresponding Yahoo thread helped others take their profits before they turned into loses. The company timed their press release to ride the Yahoo wave and, in my opinion, misled many. Their announcement had very little to do with themselves being an Internet company. At the very best it means that B&N will stock some of the software they distribute.

Notice, the CD's are not included in this agreement. That means this announcement had nothing to do with their NetRadio site, which is their true Internet offering. I personally feel like the company intentionally misled the Investment community. That is probably the real reason why their lawyers did not allow them to appear on CNBC. I strongly urge the investors who got stuck on this false hype, and agree with my opinion, to report the matter to NASD Regulations and the SEC. You can do this quickly over the Internet:
