Of course it is difficult to have a stock that is slipping in share price. The reasons for the fall in DGIV share price may be several:

1-share price going up too quickly too fast, thus leading to enhanced investor expectations with a "faster time table" than that projected by the company itself. As a result, delays in several filings which may be "normal "for a typical young, growing company and may go un-noticed with other companies become news-worthy events which adversely affect the share price
2- typical BB manipulation at certain key price junctions that stopped momentum
3- concerted shorters/naysayers' attention to a BB stock that has been acting "un-BB like"for their own gains
4- investors' "inexperience" at realizing how important a medium the Internet is in terms of affecting the share price-particularly of BB stock. Therefore, individual "ideosyncrasies" of Internet/SI posters which would be totally inconsequential to the share prices of established stocks can have an effect, both positive and negative, on this particular one.

However, none of the reasons above is attributable to a flaw in DGIV FUNDAMENTALS. In fact, as our DDs have attested (think of the calls made to Germany, UBS Jakarta, the numerous visits/conversations that several investors with large holdings have had with the CEO,etc...), DGIV is a fast-growing company on an exponential growth curve-and the above factors may be considered "growing pains" that have ABSOLUTELY no bearing on the company's FUNDAMENTALS and POTENTIAL.

With such strong fundamentals, DGIV share price will be easily "fixable" once the "numbers" become known. Jimmy Chin and his crew are working very hard with that goal in mind. Be patient, give them some time to finish their task and I am sure the loyal DGIV investors will be very happy in the (near) future.
