That's what they said in July of 96

Well they were in fact right. The stock price ran up to 42, but that was only because of Jerry and the Wall Street analyst's proficiency with smoke and mirrors. But now that the curtain has been pulled away, AMD will only go to 40/shr if they have real earnings. Promissory notes from Jerry will no longer be accepted by the Street.

The AMD engineers, however did seem to deliver a viable product, although that's a point of debate among the engineers on this thread. I think AMD's management has failed and now AMD is in a tailspin. JMO of course.
