James:

I was over looking at the Yahoo site at TDW and it is interesting to note that one D. Bollinger sold in September and October last year and bought in June this year. Now, I can tell you for certain the insider information contained on Yahoo is not the most reliable but I think, if true, Bollinger looks to know what he is doing or maybe he is just real lucky?

Just an aside: There has been a great deal of talk here about dead money etc. This is a problem if you are a trader. But, for those folks that thought they were making an investment it really doesn't matter a whit what the price of the stock is today. What matters is what the price is three to five years from now. If you were confident in what you were investing in a month ago, and are not maxed out cash wise, you should be giving thanks for this current debacle not breast beating. Granted it is no fun watching your portfolio go down in value but if you are an investor what does it really matter. Unless of course, you now believe that the price of oil will never recover nor the currently depressed economies. Then, you've got something to worry about.
