I agree 100%. I just don't think it will be viewed that way in the immediate term. Maybe it will ensure a November rally though if orders due pick up

You very well could be right. However, with news like this (note the title "Semiconductor Industry in a Slump"), my guess is that, at least short term, LSI will be punished along with the rest of the semi's, until INTC bails us out. =-}
