Dug - thanks for your response - slow is just fine. Ah, the amati debacle...another page in our investing memoirs. You say that WSTL is a manufacturer and this is where I get cloudy. What do they make that say...TI/AMTX, CISCO, PARGAIN or any of the other usual suspects don't make. Unfortunately, wstl's management (or at least the Seamens era) was so inept, hard to believe that they can deliver. However, if they do have some tech that's proprietary, there's hope. Oh well, not to worry...it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Peter
