10.29 mill according to audit ,, a few posts back ,,

As for Capi's and Sabatini's ,, think of it as a franchise ,, say 2 - 3 stores per year ? They will be busy with these two ,, but what if they got more franchisees ..

Mulberry Street Deli chain ,, considering Palm Beach demographics ,,are mostely New York Jewish and Italians .. from cigars to corn beef on rye to go ,, Palm Beach alone can handle about 5 or 6 of these stores ,, and if they had imported Italian ice cream ,,

Dress up Capi's and Sabatini's ? Currenbtly their building suck ,, no Soho charm with high ceilings or anything like that ,, but it looks like a very blend ,,suburbian ,,can be any town ,, flat rectangular buildings..

Food had better be damm good ..

The logic of someone selling here makes no sense. Even if someone has "cheap" shares they are selling at the 52 week low. With financials out and more news due next week it appears to me someone either hasn't thought it through or is intentionally selling at these low prices. That is not an accusation just a statement. Someone here has already bragged about selling this one short. Any other opinions are welcomed.
