Good morning Walleye and all,

Walleye in your last message you ended by saying you didn't have much to say. Actually you partly out-lined a pretty good investment strategy in investing in promising start-up companies.

Malcolm Lindsey has a thread entitled BLUE CHEAP STOCK TRADING under the COFFEE SHOP location here on SI in which he outlines a successful system of trading BB's and certain undervalued low priced stocks.( He says it's worked EXCEPTIONALLY well for him). Basically one chooses an embryo company with (1) good management (2) in a promising growth area (3) who's stock is flat and on the bottom. A buy is made and then the investor WAITS. This type of purchase doesn't have to pop up much to make a big % gain. Then the investor can get off at his choosing having traded short term or hold for a longer term investment. This is an over simplification of his system but pretty much catches the essence of it.

Advanced Optics Electronics looks to me like a SLAM-DUNK prime candidate for Malcolm's investing scenario.

John

Walleye,

I live on the shores of Lake Erie where Walleye is King and grew up in N. Minn.and spent many a summer in the B.W.C.A.(saw your link to Ely).

Have been accumulating ADOT for the past couple of months with a long term attitude. I tried to play with the big boys and look for momentum stocks, problem was I always caught the momentum going the wrong way.
My point is that ADOT has some risk, but there appears to be very little downside from here. They have cash on hand, $700,000, and appear to be fiscally responsible.

Looking for a steady climb over the next few months. If Biomoda comes through with big news and ADOT ramps up production of BBs or any type of displays then who knows where this stock could be in a year!!!!
