Chrissy, I am going to bed now. A final word, though.

In the past few moments you have certainly played peacekeeper in this den of yours. Telling me, and Delbert, and Graystone that what we see as ridiculous ain't really ridiculous at all. And you've even stated a cosmological chaos opinion as fact.

I see the trash that the at-one-time lucid Emile threw at me in 23324 and 99 (Graystone can hypertext these things), as fairly presumptuous. Besides that, Mrs. Lincoln...? geo (lovingly)-

You say, "We are all ridiculous is so many ways!!"

That is such a core belief of mine that I must restrain myself in commenting on it.

One requisite for a personality that I do not view askance is resilience, a quality that acknowledges our ridiculousness or absurdity.

And, from the breasts of Thorne Smith, Pearl Buck, and Frank Baum, I turned to the nourishment of the philosophers of the absurd.

A good number of your cubs cannot accept absurdity or self-deprecation. That's why I believe they don't merit exposure to reasoned thought - as they are incapable of recognizing it.

Anyway, and this is an example of my own credulessness, I was not sure whether the Emile Dark Forces, or such, note was actually lucid and written with brilliant, though elusive, wit. Or whether it was a humiliating exposure of the effects of a massive tumor in his brain.

I was not sure, that is, until reading your response to him. And, as you are much more familiar with him than am I, it seemed, unfortunately, that the second, above, condition was the one that applied.

God has given me a sign that will make this my only post for, at least the early part, of this day.

Early this morning he caused a dark roach to cross my kitchen counter, upon and within which, the counter not the roach, were weeks and weeks of untended dishes and kitchen stuff.

My vow had been that, after the last day of teaching, June 25, I would begin putting things in order. Procrastination reigned until God spoke this morning. I have seen the sonlight(?) and, now, will do His bidding.

And I do commiserate with you banged-up body. Have had a sprained shoulder for a cpla months now. And it is a constant pain in, among other places the neck.

With Rapture, george
