Ellen,in your opinion, what is the difference between a convertible debenture and convertible credit?..The bottomline-both are convertible into stock.Reread the info he posted--"draw down"--fancy words for CONVERT INTO STOCK.DD
PS: this credit is now costing you approximately 7 shares to the dollar at street value. Is there a discount to the market price on conversion? details..details How often and how much of this "drawdown" is supporting the company and what is it costing you in dilution?
Please don't attack me,please address the question of convertible credit, paid on a draw down basis..
