Just found an interesting post that relates to NIR(its amazing how these things fall into
ones lap without even remotely trying to find them - imagine if I actually made an
effort!). It's author is by contoversial poster Eric Charters. While many dislike his
posting style, few would question his knowledge of either geology or the Canadian spec
market. I suspect most here would question what possible connection this post has to
NIR(and I would question how anyone could own NIR and not immediately see it), so
in the effort to avoid dozens of posts claiminguz no relation, I would suggest first reviewing
NIR's insider report.

Take what you will from it, I just found it interesting that it came up. I have no further
comment to make on it.

Does all this talk about patents and patented processes not remind anyone of the
patented 'ice brewing process' one of the brewers had a few years back. Don't recall
who it was that did it first, as they all do now, and despite various threats of legal action,
I don't believe anyone who 'coppied' what apparently was no big deal anyway ever paid
a dime.

After reading my post, most probably want to hit next here.
----------------
David_in_BC - Many times on SH I have dealt with how I stumbled onto the NIR
thread. I would suggest reading the SH NIR forum from start to finish, than the PTD
forum from start to finish, and (strangely) you might want to read some of the BIL forum
too. The notion that I only post to NIR is quite false, I have posted to more of the active
SH forums than not. Unfortunately few are very active for any length of time. As much
as I would like to get in on some of the other SI forums during the trial period, I will not,
as my participation would no doubt turn them into a circus as certain posters here seem
to like me so much they feel a need to involve themselves anywhere I post. Also, I seem
to be having a problem remembering my password....

I really could care less if anyone thinks I'm short, long, or otherwise, but believe me,
considering all that has gone on on this forum, had I been short I would be gloating now.
If I was trying to 'frighten the little investor', do you not think I would have paid for SI
long ago, considering it must have 10x the audience of stockhouse?

I in fact have tried to stop posting on NIR a couple of times, but missing a couple days
posting only results in even more postings about me on the NIR forum, as well as calls
for my return on other forums I have posted too. As well, since someone posted my
email on SH, 3 people have emailed me saying they like my postings.

Really, I wish certain persons, who have repeatedly promised both to ignore my
postings and not respond, would come even remotely close to keeping their word. All
the talk about 'go away', and in reality they just can't wait for me to make a new post,
and go looking for me on other threads.

X-Ray - I think there might just be a(relatively)low risk trade there - all those instant pharmaceutical experts after hpc. Interesting that 'Al Berta' just started a thread for it (he missed the one that existed) - that guy has been relentless in posting his views on ANV

----------------------------------
Gino, If you can manage a post that at least half ways resembles one that would be
posted by an adult, I'll consider responding. I have zero intention of getting involved in
an exchange of 'you're a moron' posts that you seem to enjoy so much. While it is
grossly unfair to post past comments out of context of the disccussion at the time, I
really think they just prove my point that my motives are based on my dislike for the
posting substance and style of certain participants.

Again you show your lack of knowledge with your statement about all newsletters being on the
take from the companies they feature. Many earn their income soley from subscriptions.
Feel free to check out Bunka, Kaiser, Mckeough, Buy low sell high, and many others. I
am in no way reccomending these or others, as I would not subscribe to let alone follow
any of them.

The 'scam' clearly is direceted (as the conversation at the time was) at the continued misinformation of certain posters. I guess you continue it with your comment on how I regularly post to WSp - I don't call posting one article excerpt and giving someone a link to SI regular.

--------------------------------
For everyone else who will no doubt go nuts complaining about this post, it is just a
relatively brief response to those of others. While many preach how they are all for both
positive and negative views, and just don't want to see repitition, it is clear by the lack of
complaints over others, incuding one whom I am responding to, that the real wish is to
have only cheerleaders posting. As should be obvious, I could care less what anyone
thinks, and had to laugh at one poster saying something like 'if you want to make fiends,
don't compare yourself to Lentils'. Its to bad for anyone that needs to look to online
investment forums to make friends.

Everyone should get lots of rest for Monday morning. If the pattern of the last couple of
weeks repeats, a strong opening may be in store, allowing for the excitement level to
return. However, strong Monday openings folowed by drifting lower both the rest of the
day and week aren't what I would be particularly thrilled with if I owned the stock.
