Sure Sure D. Tracy. If I were the president of a public company I would announce it, front page on all the papers that my company is in the midst of negotiations to be bought out!

Rumours from supposed good sources (like er.... brokers????) perpetuate the story that yes a takeover is a sure thing.

I was told several months ago that it was going to happen for sure. Recently, I have been assured that the price will be at least $10-13 in cash or equivalent in buyer stock.

I don't know what to believe except that since it is a good stock it is worth owning whatever happens.
