Raabe also told me he has ordered a DTC, but has not received it. He told me he has no idea if there are any shorts in TVSI and he does not think there are any more shares short than normal for a day. Raabe said he was misquoted in the paper. When he said he was unaware there was a market for penny stocks, he was referring to SI threads. Raabe told me, "I don't think I would recognize Mork, nor he me if we passed each other on the street." Amazing how Pugs knows more than the CEO of TVSI regarding the shorting positions and manipulations of the stock.

Riley G *************************** You see smartin, what Riley is trying to deflect attention from is that he may very well find himself at the short end of an SEC civil complaint based upon the above information. (if it can be verified in a manner admissable as evidence) This classifies as the transferance of INSIDE INFORMATION and anyone who bought and sold the stock based upon this information has performed a criminal act. Possession of inside information, from what I have been able to glean over the past several years, is not criminal. Utilizing that information for personal gain is criminal and treble damages can be assigned depending on the amount of profit or avoidance of loss. Yes, Riley is frightened and trying to distract this thread from the truth of the matter. He has been subpoenaed by the SEC and anyone who purchased TVSI on his recommendation from the above email may also be guilty of a crime.
