I spoke with Mr. Raabe today and he comes across as a straight shooter.
Raabe told me that he never told anyone Mork was short this stock, "Why would he be short?", Raabe said. He told me "how would I know?"

Raabe also told me he has ordered a DTC, but has not received it. He told me he has no idea if there

are any shorts in TVSI and he does not think there are any more shares short than normal for a day.

Raabe said he was misquoted in the paper. When he said he was unaware there was a market for penny stocks, he was referring to SI threads.

Raabe told me, "I don't think I would recognize Mork, nor he me if we passed each other on the street."

Amazing how Pugs knows more than the CEO of TVSI regarding the shorting positions and manipulations of the stock.

You've made quite a few conflicting statements regarding TVSI.

>>Also for the record, I knew nothing about PRIOR TVSI and or RMIL mergers, as I did not even own TVSI during the run up, as I had sold for a loss some months prior to the blatant MM run up from .03 to .30 and back! <<

A very private rumor has it that a major private company is reverse merging
into TVSI and the stock price could rocket to .50 to .75 in two weeks or so.

Could be a good short term play until RMIL reopens.

Morrison,
I won't deny me & Riley are friends....I think TVSI was a great find and I bought in @ .0325. I was going to increase my position by another 100K shares this morning but it ran to .25. Riley held tight for some sell-off. I figured not too many guys bought in @ .0325 and those of us who did we're holding. I bought 10K @ .25. I had orders in all day and picked-up more @ .15. It seems Riley made the better call by waiting after those big A.M. buys.
Why is it guys like you can't compute that we can think for ourselves....that 10K @ .25 will be 10K @ $2 in no time.
Rileys my man and we've slayed some dragons together, but I'm my own man.

They could ask those on the RMIL thread about my email last month about this stock.

Never buy these types of stocks at the market.
Set limit orders to buy or when you sell.
Others and I waited for the pull back to buy more today.
We know the dirty little games that they would play.
This one still has a LOT of play in it as the game has just begun.
Also be advised that the MM's watch the SI threads and play upon your posts.

I will be interesting to watch th MM and their afterhours trading!

You have publically hyped RMIL, TVSI, CTAE, MGBA, AWLT and LOCK on the threads and each of those went down after your hype. Presumedly you owned shares in most of them, therefore your hype of them was tied to a vested interest in them.

You now have stated that you owned no TVSI at the time you were actively hyping it and in touch with people from the company who were feeding you information. If you did not at that time own shares, what was your motivation in recommending the stock to your "private" list and hyping the stock up, was it so that you could short it or were you given cash in lieu of stock?

How is it that on the threads you posted that you have several trading accounts and you save all e-mail to your hard disk, yet you tell the SEC that you have only one account and don't save e-mail ?

Here we go again.. you told RMIL shareholders that TVSI would make a run one week before it did (Feb 9) OR you told your private E-Mail list Jan 23 ?

You owned the stock when it ran OR you had not owned the stock since Jan ???

Did you own it and hype it OR had you already sold out when you hyped it ? Hard to keep your story straight isn't it?

Who do you tell the truth to, the SEC OR the shareholders?

>>TVSI. I told RMIL shareholders that I thought it was about ready to make a run from .0275 area some 1 week before it did. This came from watching the stock volume and speculation.

You see smartin, what Riley is trying to deflect attention from is that he may very well find himself at the short end of an SEC civil complaint based upon the above information. (if it can be verified in a manner admissable as evidence)

This classifies as the transferance of INSIDE INFORMATION and anyone who bought and sold the stock based upon this information has performed a criminal act.

Possession of inside information, from what I have been able to glean over the past several years, is not criminal. Utilizing that information for personal gain is criminal and treble damages can be assigned depending on the amount of profit or avoidance of loss.

Yes, Riley is frightened and trying to distract this thread from the truth of the matter. He has been subpoenaed by the SEC and anyone who purchased TVSI on his recommendation from the above email may also be guilty of a crime.

See how easy it is to be in violation of Securities Law, people??

Live and learn, and then pass that knowledge on to others... I sure have.

Regards,

Ron

Where's the lie you ask ?? The lie is in your posts.. you either lied to the SEC when you said you had one actively traded account or you lied when you posted numerous times that you have multiple accounts.

I believe you have also boasted that you have full trading authority for the accounts of several friends and family members. It would appear that the SEC would have wanted a fuller answer than you provided, no ?

Think about changing brokers. Open a new account and do a DTC transfer. Several
