eBay! i strongly recommend that GNET management consider buying the eBay auction site (http://www.ebay.com). it's excellent and is organized and run with the same clarity and professionalism as Silicon Investor. it would be a great addition to the Go2Net portfolio. definitely best-of-breed, as they used to say in the early 90's. mark (not affiliated with eBay)

Gary, I am accepting your invitation to participate in the discussion regarding go2net. I will do my best to be available to address comments and questions. As much as I would love to be a very active participant on this message board, my participation will be somewhat limited for various reasons. But I will make a concerted effort to address comments and questions as thoughtfully as I can. As it relates to plans for a secondary offering, I cannot comment specifically. But I do recognize the merits of the strategy you have outlined in your message as it relates to the balance sheet implications, liquidity and strategic flexibility. Thanks, Russell
