Didn't you ever get a package in the mail that contains 4 by 5 index cards from different companies?(usually about 50-100 in the cellophane wrapper). You may have to be on a list to receive them.
Call Patrick Rost and ask him to send you one of them.
That is probably part of the mass mailings we heard about 2 weeks ago.

Not necessarily...

I believe it depends on the time you purchased JNNE. Not sure though. It is not that nig of a deal....just a small solicitation;
3x5 card among many others in the package.
