Just got home from my business trip. On the plane I was reading a June edition of Business Week. There was a story about telephone deregulation in Germany and how small upstart companies are moving in and making tremendous inroads. I did not keep the article, because it belonged to the airplane, but if anyone has it, they might want to excerpt some quotes from it. If I find it, i will do so myself. As I was reading it, the type of small companies they were talking about sounded a whole lot like DGIV!
