Is it time to short this? Look at chart, if the price break 90-88., no support at all , next is 60 which is the price in june, since earthlink's price is already down to it's june price, we can expect this one down that level next week.

I'm not sure if you're asking a rhetorical question or not...I gather that here in the states the companies offering ADSL would just as soon keep the ISP business to themselves. This is less true for cable access providers, but still applies. The following URL was just posted on the Yahoo board. It talks about how the FCC is considering allowing ADSL access to develop unregulated. In other words, MSPG et al will not have the force of law on their side to get access to ADSL.
