Everybody can have access to L2 - only a matter of cost - it's a relatively expensive service for most. There are several threads on SI dealing with this subject, see for example Subject 19047.

keith, for delayed ticker charts and delayed individual trades go to the following URL: quote.com Quote.Com also offers real time services.for a price. Also, for real time services look at this web site. Level II is available: dbc.com Day trading software is available. You will need a data provider in addition. Regards, LG
