Or was it a violation of Section 10(b)?? I mean Pugs certainly has admitted to selling TVSI and I believe Riley did the same(could be wrong here).

Saying favorable things about the company and then selling into the run-up seems to fall under that section.

That is one of the fascinating aspects of SEC law. You may do something for completely opposite reasons, but you may find yourself in technical violation of a law.

And that is why I continue to press for more civility and REAL diligence on this thread. One must have the "ammunition" to substantiate their individual actions and claims.

Oh well... Anyway.. thanks for posting that excerpt from Riley's online publication, "My Best Lies, (and the 101 way in which I how I warped to truth to convince people to believe them").
