It seems to me that if someone was willing to buy for $2.25 and the volume went up, maybe something is up and that's what we should focus on.

I'm pretty sure the price and volume are going to rise in advance of any news release.

Darrel,

Thanks for the response, but let my assure you I am not upset. I have completely detached myself emotionally from this stock. With my luck they will probably announce something positive and the stock will move upward. But I simply no longer had trust in Kim Hart or the company. All this cloak and dagger stuff has left me less than confident so it was time to depart. I wish all those that remain long all the best.

But to debate a few of your points. I know perfectly well (unfortunately how things operate on the pink sheets) and those #$%@& MM's. But let us not fool ourselves into thinking that Sungold and Intel trade basically under the same principles, if you want to argue semantics maybe you have a point, but there is where it ends. One the more liquid stocks such as Intel and Msft, the MM have limited ability to manipulate a stock. Certainly no where near the ability they have here. I feel it a dis-service to the less knowledgeable investors to even compare the two, so I will end my point here.

Regards

P.S. I have not sold any shares for the last three weeks

And the best of luck to you as well.

Darrell, please tell me what stock you are referring to when you say: The MM's are making peanuts on this stock boys, look at yhoo trades 8 mil+/day same rules apply.
No stock that I know of trades this kind of volume with the huge spread we have seen in Sungold.
