Finally I found bit about Muse in UK press.

This from three!! pages in Times on viagra and impotence. Balanced with all viagra pros and cons we know about. Marginally upbeat about benefits of viagra but not as a prescription drug.

BBC phone in discussion on ED radio this pm with MPs, ED sufferers, doctors, urologists, general public complaining about cost.... Couple of doctors stressed that other effective alternatives to viagra, but belligerent in that if Government gives OK to prescription viagra they will certainly prescribe it with moderate precautions and without wasting too much of their precious NHStime. These doctors will not be put on the spot - so government have problems.

The Times excerpt:

The Times, Saturday July 11 1998 - Dr Thomas Stuttaford

"......Although there are still advocates for older methods of treating impotence - vacuum pumps, venous constriction therapy (a euphemism for tying a band round the base of the penis) and implant surgery - there are now three effective modern methods of restoring potency, but not all work for everybody.
Viagra will help many men, but it only works with whatever the man finds sexually exciting. It doesn't increase libido by itself. Muse is a tiny pellet inserted into the end of the penis; it nearly always causes a response but not always a very firm erection. It is possible that some will be helped by a combination of Viagra and Muse. The injections - the best known are Caverject and Viridal Duo - are effective but some men never overcome their reluctance to use a needle, however fine.
The outlook has been revolutionized, research continues, but even so it is certain that in a minority of cases, nothing will succeed."

IMO this is quite good publicity.
