Myron: You were asked five times for this information, over a period of several days, indeed it is possibly weeks by now... each time politely. You responded with insults and name-calling as you always do. Your posts were removed by SI. Doesn't that tell you anything about the suitability of your interactions here? Instead of providing the information you provided only insulting vulgar posts (as you usually do). For the first time in the several years you've posted in this thread, you've finally posted one tiny piece of factual information: a STREET NAME and phone number, (not even the NAME of the pharmacy at all!) but only after numerous polite requests failed. I don't know if the info you posted is accurate or not, and without the pharmacy name, it's certainly dubious, but we'll find out. Meanwhile, I think you need to think about the serious problem you have in engaging in courteous discourse. Your behavior is shameful, your posts have been sometimes semi-coherent and usually vulgar and rude. How would you feel if your patients (if you have any left) were to see your posts, especially those that have been removed by the authorities here? Give some thought to this, if you can. Linda
