Those should be reflected in the numbers Safeguard posted on their web site. Redoing the spreadsheet, it looks like the premium is only $2.54 now.

Is it just me, or is anyone else concerned that nearly 80% of SFE's mkt cap is in 3 stocks. CATP ($502 mm), CMPC ($171 mm) and CCSC ($232 mm) account for 900 of the 1.19 mkt cap I show today.

I admit I haven't updated my #s, but still, even if it's only 70%, that's still a lot. I'm glad they sold some CATP, but net/net they need to sell more. They also need to bring ICG public and forget about these little W?V-size companies that can't impact the NAV.

On another topic, I'm surprised that we haven't seen abigger run-up. Thee is *always* a run-up on the rights announcement.

BTW, I expect the stock to go to mid-high 40s in a month or less.
