I have my complaints with Datek. However, I guess it may be human nature to remember the problems more than when things go well. I received 2 price improvements last week. When one of my orders was split into odd lots, 90 seconds later, the order was filled. I didn't cancel and resubmit so another commission wasn't charged. I have another broker when Datek screws up, i.e. too slow, unresponsive, etc.
