Jimbo, that is Canada. US citizens have a constitutional right to free speech. I do not think that would be easy to achieve here, imho.

I tend to agree with you Cytotekk. I think that the key would be that the companies would have to prove that the posters posted information that they knew to be false, that they did it with the intent to damage the stock price, and that their posts did indeed damage the stock price.

The ACLU would eat them alive!

Though I must say, I find it ironic that a Canadian company would so adamantly defend itself. After all, isn't that the home base of companies that own the world's largest gold, silver, diamond, palladium, pick your mineral mine. ROFLMAO
