It is dangerous to just take one indicator and jump into conclusion.
Check out the On balance volume, it is still rising, meaning the smart money is still flowing into coms.

Doesn't look like the price rate of change is negative
to me...looks like it's increasing strongly...maybe you could
clarify or be more explicit?
