I have received all the proxys for all the shares I own of Solvex. I am wondering if someone has not received their proxys yet (or in the near future) does this mean they bought shorted shares and the original owner got the proxy to vote or does it work as the original owner does not get the proxy and the person that bought the shorted shares got the vote.
I cannot see where both parties can get a proxy to vote. Just because the brokerage loaned out the shares to sell this should not cause more proxys to be issued. There still should only be about 25 million votes.
This might tell us if there are many shorts- if people start posting that they didn't get their proxys.

Just Wondering
Mike

Sorry David, the postings of things that have been proven true do not qualify as libel. The Solv Ex fraud has been exposed, and has been entered in the history books as fact, despite your delusional rantings to the contrary. The fact is that every asset that had any value has been sold. There is nothing left but a minority interest in UTS. I am sure that Rendall will find a way to turn that into nothing for the shareholders as well.

See you at .02,

Barb

David

Haven't seen much out of the courts lately. Wonder how the SEC appeal in Denver is going? Ms. Ozals is conspicuous in her absence.
