JD,

Okay so I woke up a litty pissy this morning. Anyway, on to Iomega matters:

"No doubt businesses use more than the average user... Does anyone have any idea how many of the 15,000,000 plus (damn that's a big number) drives are being used by business and how many by home users?"

When the zip was initially launched (3/95), Iomega targeted the so/ho market with their aftermarket drive. They sold approximately 5 million drives during a period of about 18 months. Since last Fall Iomega has sold approximately 9 million drives. Iomega didn't seriously target the corporate market until mid-97 when they started to have a fuller line of OEM drives.

My guess, based on the targeting that Iomega has been doing since launching the zip drive would be about a 60/40 split (home/business) of all drives. I believe in the last conference call Iomega stated 50% revenue coming from the OEM target (can someone confirm/deny?)

that's my random shot at it.
