I think you have misinterpreted my very clear posts. I stated that Ron has been charged - and that is the only status at this time (with final findings by the SEC not yet performed) and that he is not being tried here on a public message board. I clearly stated that. It is just my personal opinion that it is not wise for him to be posting comments that are obviously intended to "explain" or "present defense". I believe I have been most clear on that.
