I don't misunderstand. I can appreciate your sentiment but the concept of "freedom of speech" was conceived for the purpose of manipulation. I realize some people will find this objectionable but there is no need to protect speech that isn't controversial. The proper way I see to handle the situation is if Phillips is so concerned with slander than he should bring in a slander suit in civil court. I don't know how things work in Canada but that's how they work in the USA. My guess is that he knows such a case would not only be DOA but also set a precedent that would end his wild idea once and for all. I reckon I'll stick to Trumanisms on this one. "If you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen."

TCBG valuation estimates by Cav VPUR - Vermont Pure Holdings stock price $4 eps (.14 ) selling at 28x earnings CLCDF Clearly Canadien stock price 13/16 eps (-.46) TCBG The Children's Beverage Group stock price $1.75 earnings estimates from Walters, Scott, Stern & Associates 1998-99 .19 1999-00 .465 TCBG (28x earnings multiple like VPUR) 28x.19 stock price = $5.32 " " " 28x .465 " " = $13.00 Even if TCBG misses these numbers by 30% i still get 98-99 earnings of .133 and 99-00 earnings of .3255 28x.133= $3.72 price target for 98-99 and $9.00 price target for 99-00. What if rip it sip it is giant hit and we beat estimates by 30% 98-99 eps .247 and 99-00 eps of .598 giving me a price target of $6.9 for 98-99 and $16.92 price target for 99-00. These are only my estimates using what was given to me, make your own decisions and do your own DD. Personally so far every move TCBG has maken has been the right one in my view. Until they miss these estimates i am long TCBG plain and simple. Cav
