Once again, the company has advised those who've called that there are no floorless debentures. I certainly hope this matter can now be put to rest.

As to your comments on the stock price, again, I dare say no one is happy about where it is. IMO, the shorting has been quite obvious and likely somewhat successful in inducing "panic selling" which is partially its usual intent. As I choose to look to the coming accomplishments of the company, the MM tactics have not convinced me to fall prey to their manuevers.

Russ,I'll give a call Monday (and you should as well). If there is a convertible line of credit,in which the credit extended is convertible into shares of NTAH stock on a dollar for dollar(stock trading face value) basis, then this conversion is floorless. If there are stops in place, such as no conversion below X value per share,it wouldn't be.
I don't even know if such a financing agree is/was in place. The company has mentioned in a prior PR this type of financing(trying to get it in Europe). And John mentioned he spoke to the company and they mentioned "drawdown"(IMO-conversion),I have put 2 and 2 together, but maybe the answer I have come up with is 5<g>..We'll know Monday(hopefully)..DD Enjoy the weekend-cold here, 61 degrees..
