Zeev,

Sorry did not respond in the past but I am certainly not going to tell someone of your caliber when to reenter AIPN. However, I will say this that RMCC has sat for the last three to four days at 1 15/32 buying what looks to be all the shares that the Hunts are offering or willing to offer at that price. He has accumulated (only a guess) somewhere in the range of 150,000 shares and I hear tell he would take all they have if he had the chance (only a rumor). The above accumulation, however, saving the actual number of shares, is a fact that I have observed. This tells me coupled with the rumor of strong institutional interest in this new debt vehicle and I mean debt vehicle not pure Equity vehicle that AIPN is finally and belatedly moving into the next phase of its corporate financing history.

FWIW I do not see sub $1.00 this IMHO is the bottom. Coupled with the pending announcement on Earnings that will reflect that AIPN has revenues with a financing deal that is timed to this earnings announcement, I think we will start to trade back over $3.00 very soon.

DrRisk FWIW good luck
