Didn't you read this?
biz.yahoo.com

I believe that CDN gets a pretty good chance this time.

AVNT claimed that they have about 1000 design centers using Aquarius, and each has multiple copies. Even though they later claimed that they mostly switched to Apollo. The potential penalty will be huge.

I think that AVNT will use every resource to boost this quarter's earning. Hence the stock price might rise. But once the judge makes his decision. The effect can be extremely damaging. And before the judge makes his move, I don't see an immediate upside for AVNT.

I am watching from the side, but I think this time the chance of a sharp drop(remotely rise) is good. If we can find out when the judge is going to make his decision. A straddle play could be very safe. In my humble opinion.

By the way, just found that your career is a lawyer.

Could you spend some time to express your opinion on this case?

I told you AVNT was ripe for pick.

About to drop under 20 now.
